The company was licensed (ref. no. 6631/11-01-2016) by the Directorate of Agricultural and Veterinary Policy, of the Directorate General of Regional Agricultural Economics and Veterinary, of the Region of Attica, under the New Sanitary Regulation Υ1γ/Γ.Π οικ 96967 (Government Gazette 2718/Β/8-10-2012), titled “Sanitary conditions and conditions for the operation of food and beverage businesses and other provisions”, aiming at improving the services to the citizens, emphasizing the means of effective sanitary control from the Sanitary Services and the achievement of a high level of protection of human health and hygiene and food safety.

The operation of the company was approved by the Unified Food Control Authority (EFET) with Approval Number IMP 510.

The company has established and supports a HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) as foreseen by the European Directive 93/43/EEC and the Ministerial Decison (KYA) 487 (Government Gazette 1219/B/4.10.2000) for all enterprises that manufacture, process, produce, pack, store, transport, distribute and dispose of, food and beverages.
