Ingredients: Bulgur wheat, tuna fillet, orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, chives, Sea Spaghetti seaweed, dry onion, orange zest, mint, parsley, marjoram, salt, pepper.

This delitas recipe is one of the most popular Mediterranean flavors, the coolest and most aromatic. The bulgur, crushed in large grains, is soaked in water with orange juice and with the addition of fresh herbs (mint, parsley, marjoram, chives) turns into a beautiful base on which is added the flavor of tuna-fish. This light sea flavor is enhanced by the addition of the Sea Spaghetti seaweed, a savory flavor, but not salty. Color and texture are perfectly complemented in an interesting pallet.
