Hummus with trout
Ingredients: Chickpeas, smoked trout, olive oil, tahini, dry onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, Hijiki seaweed, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon thyme, cumin.
The Arabic recipe was ideally adjusted by delitas in a variant with sea flavor. The mashed chickpeas are lightly flavored with garlic and tahini, whereas the olive oil and lemon are the basis for accepting the fillet of smoked trout, a little marinated in lemon juice.
The Hijiki seaweed, rich in calcium and iron, is distinguished by its particular flavor, which is the flavor of the sea itself.
