Ingredients: Royal tricolor quinoa, smoked trout, Sea Spaghetti seaweed, corn-oil, cod roe pasta, dry onion, lemon juice, fresh dill.

The main ingredient of this recipe is the tricolor quinoa, the nutrient-rich seed of South America that helps the heart and is a valuable antioxidant shield for the body. Quinoa is a digestible ingredient and an ideal choice for those who are intolerant to gluten.

In the delitas recipe, quinoa is ideally suited to two kinds of fish: white fish pasta ( made from cod roe and transformed into a light lemon aromatic mousse) and smoked trout (a light fleshy fish whose taste perfectly marries to that of quinoa that resembles nuts). The Sea Spaghetti seaweed adds a sparkling sea flavor and provides the delicious background to unify all of the above ingredients.
